Job Description:

Summary: Fabricate and install HDPE pipe and fittings on customer job sites and possibly shop. Requires driving to
customer sites, operating fusion equipment, and material handling equipmentEssential Duties:
- Safely fabricates and installs product to customers satisfaction
- Maintains a clean work area and equipment
- Must maintain accurate documentation of work performed, material used, and equipment used
- Put away and organize equipment and materials
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Safely operate company vehicles, fusion equipment and lifting equipment
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, saws and cutting equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Ability to work on-call for emergencies
- Available to work out-of-town with overnight travel on occasion
- Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends when necessary
- Obey all company policies and safety procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to regulations and safety practicesWork Environment:
- Continual exposure to all outdoor weather
- Travel: up to 75%
- Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to temperature extemes, moving
equipment, loud noise, dust and fumesPhysical Requirements:
- Requires continuous physical exertion such as walking, standing, squatting, bending, climbing, lifting
and maneuvering material and equipment
- Safe, repetetive lifting of up to 70 poundsEducation
- High School Diploma or GEDBasics
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must pass a Drug Test
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Must pass Pre-Employment Tests (if applicable)
- Must pass Pre-Employment PhysicalSafety
- CPR Training
- Confined Space Training
- Annual OSHA Training
- Annual MSHA TrainingFusion
- Small Diameter Fusion Certified (Manual to 6")
- Medium Diameter Fusion Certified (Hydraulic to 20")
- Large Diameter Fusion Certified (Hydraulic to 65")
- Small Diameter Electrofusion Certified (up to 12")
- Large Diameter Electrofusion Certified (14" and above)
- PolyPro Fusion Certified
- Extrusion Weld Certified
- Competent in Saddle FusionEquipment
- Certified Forklift Operator
- Lifting/Rigging Training
- Basic Electrical Circuit Knowledge
- Basic Mechanical SkillsPreferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of fusion and fabrication experience
- Class A CDL
