of our customers and partners. The Work: Duties will include but
are not limited to: The F-35 Program Security Representative is a
critical position located in MCAS Cherry Point, NC. As a
representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security
efforts of the F-35 program, including development, production, and
sustainment. This will involve controlling and managing
unclassified and classified material, as well as providing physical
security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities. You will
also be responsible for controlling access and badging to all F-35
areas in specified facilities, providing escort services when
required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program
security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities.
Additionally, you will aid and support for classified meetings, and
may be required to provide security briefings as necessary. Your
responsibilities will also include managing personnel files,
including visitor access requests, program access requests, and
file reviews. You will perform other security duties as necessary
and provide support to other Special Access Programs as needed.
This position will primarily be assigned to First Shift, but may
require flexibility to work other shifts, including weekends, to
support mission events. May require periodic travel to support
operational and mission needs. Who we are: We are a team of
security professionals responsible for developing, administering,
and auditing security programs that protect classified material and
export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers
to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and
implement security solutions that meet customer needs while
minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Contractor Program
Security Officers (CPSOs), Contractor Special Security Officers
(CSSOs), and Security Representatives, providing support for
Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information
(SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs. We study
and implement federal security regulations that apply to company
compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security
rules (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4/JSIG), SCI security rules
(ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct
security education classes, investigate security violations, and
provide support for classified meetings and customer visits. Why

rmshotmiljobs Basic Qualifications 1. Current SECRET security
clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the
investigation closed date or confirmed enrollment within the
Continuous Evaluation (CE) program. 2. Must be able to obtain and
maintain access to Special Access Programs. 3. Must be able to
obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information
(SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate. 4. Familiar with
working in classified environments and/or classified materials. 5.
Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills. 6. Basic
awareness of DoD Manual 5205.7 and Volume 4, DoD Manual 5200.01
Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.
Desired skills 1. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
2. Experience working on Special Access Programs. 3. Prior
experience with GSA containers and document control. 4. Experience
working in a dynamic military environment and be able to
successfully interact daily with senior ranking USMC officers,
enlisted and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise and
professionalism. 5. Comfortable making decisions autonomously and
successfully operating in a military flying operations environment.
6. Previous experience in military leadership and decision-making
roles would be beneficial. 7. Familiarization with Defense
Information Security System (DISS). 8. Knowledgeable user of
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excell and Access. 9. Access Control
and Physical Security experience ability to perform assigned tasks.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $47,000 - $82,915. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers

the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
