active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time physical
therapist position is available starting April 20, 2026, through
the end of the school year on June 5, 2026. This contract role is
based in Castle Hayne, NC, and involves serving seven schools
within the county, ranging from preschool through high school. The
position requires some travel to different school locations to
provide expert physical therapy services. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy assessments and treatments to students
across various grade levels. Collaborate with school staff,
families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized
therapy plans. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as
needed. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and
federal regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
multidisciplinary planning. Qualifications: Licensed physical
therapist with current credentials to practice in North Carolina.
Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
preferred. Ability to travel throughout the county to multiple
school sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
engage with students, families, and school personnel. Organized and
detail-oriented approach to therapy documentation and scheduling.
Location: Castle Hayne, North Carolina with travel to seven schools
