Winterville, NC | Onsite MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of recent
experience in a high-volume call center (Candidates who do not have
this experience will not qualify for this role) • High school
diploma or equivalent • Proven ability to meet KPIs in a
production-based environment • Strong verbal communication,
conflict resolution, and time management skills COMPENSATION &
SCHEDULE • $15.00/hour • Mandatory overtime required — schedule
flexibility is essential • Core Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–9:00
PM • End-of-Month Shifts: Full-day coverage (7:00 AM–8:00 PM or
8:00 AM–9:00 PM with two 1-hour breaks) • Sunday Shifts: Required
1–2 times quarterly; additional Sundays may be needed for month-end
• Holiday Coverage: Most holidays open to temporary staff and
volunteers Anything over 40hrs/week will be considered Overtime and
will be paid at time-and-a-half KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute
high-volume outbound calls using company-approved scripts and
compliance guidelines • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
collection metrics and performance benchmarks • Negotiate realistic
payment solutions with empathy and professionalism • Document all
communications and account actions accurately in system platforms •
Identify and escalate customer issues as appropriate CORE TOOLS &
SYSTEMS • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook • Collection-specific CRMs
and proprietary systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Bilingual
(English/Spanish) fluency • Familiarity with FDCPA and call center
compliance standards • Exposure to financial services or healthcare
collections PRE-EMPLOYMENT • Drug screen and background check
