Feel free to take a look below at this amazing perk! skimonarch.com Essential Job Duties: Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Maintaining property grounds Preventative maintenance Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! What we are offering: $20- $22/HR Yearly raises up to 5% Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year! On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call. $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Qualifications : 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
