achieve that mission. How You'll Contribute to the Team: The
General Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for
safe, predictable, and high-quality execution of Corvias
construction projects. This role provides oversight across multiple
active projects while offering hands-on leadership, standardizing
best practices, and intervening on high-risk or underperforming
projects. Serving as the senior day-to-day field authority, the
General Superintendent partners with Project Executives, Project
Managers, and Operations leadership to ensure projects are
delivered in alignment with safety standards, contract
requirements, schedules, and budgets. Primary Responsibilities
Include: Provide senior field leadership across multiple
construction projects, including large, complex work exceeding
$50M. Lead day to day on-site execution as needed to ensure safety,
quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Serve as the
authority on construction means and methods, sequencing, logistics,
and site operations. Enforce Corvias' Zero Tolerance Safety
Standard and ensure compliance with OSHA and company requirements.
Oversee and mentor Senior Superintendents and Superintendents; set
clear expectations and drive accountability. Review and validate
master schedules, phase plans, and site logistics strategies.
Identify execution risks, delays, or performance issues and
implement corrective or recovery plans. Ensure compliance with
contract documents, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Partner with Project Managers on labor planning, schedule impacts,
and field-related cost risks. Build and maintain strong working
relationships with owners, inspectors, designers, and trade
partners. Provide clear field reporting and visibility to
operations and executive leadership. Support project closeout,
punch list completion, and turnover activities. Other duties as
assigned. Role Specific Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred. 15 years of progressive field
construction experience, including leadership of large-scale,
complex commercial, multi-family, mid- or high-rise projects.
Proven experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and
leading senior field staff. Strong knowledge of construction means
and methods, subcontractor coordination, and site operations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and
specifications. Experience with scheduling and project management
tools; Primavera P6 and Procore preferred. Working knowledge of
applicable building codes and safety standards. Strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as
required to support other locations and/or business lines. Valid
driver's license required. Competencies: Customer Focus -
