Manager - Top Carolinas GC - Raleigh, NC will be responsible for
the following: Review plans, specifications, and client
requirements Initiate RFIs to resolve issues in the field and plan
discrepancies Process, review, and track submittals Review design
and shop drawings to evaluate the impact on the cost and schedule
Prepare Subcontractor scope of work letters Initiate change orders
to the Owner and solicit bids from Subcontractors Perform estimates
and compile cost breakdowns for the client to review Conducting
regular meetings with the team to ensure work is on schedule,
within budget and compliant with technical, safety and legal
requirements. Provide schedule assistance and track daily
production Coordinate correspondence between the design and
construction team Lead and mentor a team of Project Management
staff Profile The Senior Project Manager - Top Carolinas GC -
Raleigh, NC will the following experience: Bachelor's degree in
construction management or related field strongly preferred but not
required Experience with commercial, light industrial, health care,
or education projects preferred 8 years of total, progressive
project management with a GC 15M construction project experience
Applicable project management software knowledge Strong verbal and
written communication skills People smarts and experience in a
