Description: FSLA Classification: ExemptDick Broadcasting of Eastern NC is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a hybrid role focused on on-air presence, boosting social media engagement, and strengthening brand awareness across our station cluster.Are you an energetic and personable individual comfortable engaging with audiences both on stage and behind the microphone? Do you have a strong understanding of all social media platforms and brand marketing strategies?We are looking for someone who:* Enjoys connecting with fans and listeners at various events, including concerts and community activities.* Can bring enthusiasm and a unique personality to an on-air nightly position with our heritage station, 95.1 WRNS, and potentially other stations as needed.* Has a flexible schedule and is available for nights and weekends.* Is able to handle light event equipment setup (training provided).* Understands how to effectively market brands within local communities through on-site activations, online content, and social media engagement.While experience in promotions, events, or broadcasting is advantageous, it's your positive attitude that truly matters to us!
