Position Description:
Lenovo s Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is looking to hire a visionary manager for the Morrisville Center with a strategic mindset and customer centric approach. The EBC manager will:

- Regularly communicate Customer Center value, contributions, and success rates to educate executives, sales leaders, and sellers on opportunities available for their customers and partners via participation in team, staff, and cross segment calls as well as face to face presentations and written content for internal tools.

- Strategically represent NA IDG interests in design, experience and construction of state-of-the-art new customer briefing center while collaborating with DCG counterparts to truly demonstrate ONE LENOVO.

- Serve as the NA representative and lead in briefing center work group.

- Plan and execute customer/partner briefings including agenda development, scheduling, speaker availability, plan and prep calls as well as other logistical details to include day of support for a seamless, exceptional customer experience. Occasionally the EBC manager will open the briefings with a welcome presentation.

- Maintain a balanced budget for the center to report on expenses and ultimately ROI

- Regularly interlock with NA and WW product, services, and software teams as well as DCG teams to keep current on briefing topics, trends, new customer areas of interest to update and evolve the briefing program

- Act as valued advisor to sales teams by keeping up to date on all industry roadmaps and company strategic priorities to provide briefing agenda guidance

- Reach all aspirational Center goals and metrics to support the NA IDG business

- Maintain a level of excellence with customer experiences and CX at the forefront

- Responsible for all product ordering and maintenance of assets for product showcase, loaner pool, and event activities

- Maintain all team ISO documents, ensure asset audit compliance, and other operational directives as necessary

- Scrap all assets in timely manner via approved process to keep costs in line

- Work with NA EBC Director and CFO on major product orders to support the business as needed

- Oversee the loaner pool process including website and access, maintaining current products, track inventory, replace assets as necessary including non-product items. Ensure pool supports all NA marketing activities in timely manner while working to save costs

- Work with internal (facilities, real estate, IT) as well as external teams (architects, suppliers, vendors) during planning phase to accurately reflect needs of the business

- Help develop new operating processes, procedures, and program elements for new Center to include tools, staffing, roles + responsibilities, budgets, and operational efficiencies

- With the support of the Center co-manager, address necessary repairs, maintenance, and upkeep Center including AV, etc.

- Support segment marketing programs that involve Customer Center activities, staff, products

- Train new team members, staff and interns as needed

- Special projects as deemed by leadership

Position Requirements:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;

- Organizational and project management skills with impeccable attention to detail;

- Flexibility, quick thinking, and on the spot problem solving skills;

- Energetic and outgoing personality;

- Ability to work across company and product lines to develop strong relationships with all levels of employees;

- Technical knowledge preferred and technical industry experience a must;

- Previous briefing experience preferred.
