Job Description:
Description of the role We are seeking a highly motivated
Automotive Service Consultant to join our team at Classic Kia of
Smithfield. As an Automotive Service Consultant, you will be
responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring
the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities
Assist customers with scheduling appointments and provide
recommendations for necessary automotive services Act as a liaison
between customers and the service technicians to ensure accurate
communication and timely completion of service requests Prepare and
present service estimates to customers, including detailed
explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs Handle
customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous
manner Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer
interactions and service history Coordinate with parts department
to ensure timely and accurate ordering of necessary parts for
repairs Stay up-to-date with current automotive technology and
industry trends Requirements Prior experience in the automotive
service industry is preferred Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient computer skills Valid driver's license Benefits Classic

to $80,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. In
